What are the charges on credit card reclaims?
No upfront fees are charged. On a successful claim we will deduct 25% of the claimed amount as our fee.
Will I have to discuss this with my creditor?
We will be the ones who deal with your complaint with your creditor, although you will still have to deal with your creditor on any day to day transactions or credits on your account.
Will I have to see a solicitor or go to court?
Not usually. Our solicitor might contact you by phone or mail. The lenders usually settle out of court but there is a small possibility you might be asked to attend court.
What are my chances of success?
Once our solicitors have established you have a claim your chances of success are excellent.
How much can I get back?
You will be able to claim back your excess charges + interest.
How long will the claim take?
From start to finish around 6 months.
Can I file the claim myself?
Yes. But the law is very complicated in this area and we process the whole claim for you using our specialist auditors and solicitors for free.
